For fast FREE UK delivery we send all parcels Royal Mail Sign-For or Special Delivery. When checking out use the drop down menu to choose delivery options. All parcels are insured by ASD until delivered and signed for. Though Royal Mail have had some bad press, they are by far the number one jewellery delivery specialists.
UK online orders will be dispatched the same working day, if not the following day, delivery 2 – 3 working days. Due to Royal Mail Covid restrictions parcels may take a little longer to be delivered. Please contact for further confirmation [email protected]

Packaging and Gemstone Information Leaflets
All items are delivered in a quality gift box, includes a gemstone information leaflet and most important an ASD chocolate choccy.
Blue John items over £50.00 includes a signed and dated ‘Certificate of Authenticity’.
If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase you can return your piece of jewellery to us within 21 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unworn and returned in the same condition as received. We may refuse a full refund if the item has been damaged or worn. Please ensure you keep your receipt as proof of purchase as we require a copy of this with your returned item along with original packaging and note if you would like a refund of an exchange. There will be a fee of £7.50 deducted from refunds on returned earrings for a cleaning and sterilisation process.
Unfortunately personalised items or items made to your specification cannot be returned for a full refund. Please contact us to discuss this in more detail [email protected]
Please be aware you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery which includes proof of delivery along with insurance (you must specify the correct cover).
You can also return items in person to our store. You will need to bring your original purchase receipt along with the original packaging.
If you are outside of the UK please consider customs charges for returning items to us, we do not cover these fees for you.
Terms relating to delivery and returns
Damage or customer negligence voids any rights you have to take advantage of our refund or exchange policies. If you return goods to us that are outside of our returns policy and your statutory rights do not apply, we will not refund you. We will return the item to you at your expense. If the item is returned again or you refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be an irreversible instruction for us to dispose of the goods as we see fit without further notice.
